As Treasury Wine Estates and Penfold Luxury Estates teamed up for a nation-wide event series, they selected us to bring their luxury brand experience to life.

Our first step was to understand the full range of their brand marketing plan to reach upper echelon clientele. In partnership with our clients, we explored their objectives and made sure we knew the details as well as they did. At the foundation, this mobile event needed to travel effectively, and to accommodate a variety of different spaces.

Our clever, scalable solution absolutely met the client’s very high standards. The luxury lounge featured custom furniture and bars, site-specific branding, lighting, sound and product spotlights. The refined and stylish environment was right at home – but stood out beautifully – in a variety of well-known, multi-vendor events, including the Aspen Food & Wine Festival, the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival, America’s Cup Sailing Championship and more. The “footprint” ultimately travelled across the country, including New York, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Austin, Atlanta, Scottsdale, Denver and the Napa Valley.

With the continued success of this branding partnership, TWE / Penfolds has expanded their roster of cities, and continues to engage us for this ongoing event. So far, we’ve planned six to eight additional events for this year alone. In addition, our work on these events has expanded the scope of our long term relationship. TWE has selected us for many additional brand-specific events supporting their portfolio of companies, including events for Beringer Wine Estates, Chateau St. Jean, B-Wines, Stags Leap and the TWE National Sales Conference.

Clorox National Sales Meeting

 For more than 20 years, we’ve produced Clorox’s largest corporate event of the year: the National Sales Meeting. Employees and managers from around the world come together to connect, get motivated and learn about the latest global updates for the Clorox family of brands.

The conference caters to a wide array of product groups, including all brands from cleaning, food, laundry and health and wellness. The conference includes an interactive General Session, breakout sessions, brand environments, and exhibit area. Clorox needed to make a big impression to inspire the audience. And because they needed to connect with such a diverse global audience, it was important to add a level of customization to the breakout experiences for the various teams.

For the main stage, the layered scenic housed a four-screen, multi-layered video environment. This impressive set allowed for captivating content, including real-time presentation and participations from speakers in both North and South America during the General Session. We also produced 8 brand-specific breakouts that focused in on Sales and Marketing plans for the upcoming year. These unique sessions featured a large array of production elements, including partnering with Clorox Creative Services for custom scenic elements, very creative speaker requests and themed rooms development. Every room was special, and highly impactful.

From the moment the lights went down on Day One to the closing Awards bell, the energy in the room was palpable, and attendees left each presentation feeling inspired, recognized, and motivated for another year working for one of the leading companies in the world. The hallmark of this relationship is our lasting trust and continual work together.
